NEC Announces New UNIVERGE BLUE EXTEND Integrations Platform
NEC Corporation of America (NEC) announced the availability of the new UNIVERGE BLUE EXTEND integrations platform for NEC’s UNIVERGE BLUE CLOUD SERVICES.
NEC’s UNIVERGE BLUE EXTEND provides customers with the ability to combine voice, chat, video conferencing and contact center functionalities provided by UNIVERGE BLUE CONNECT and UNIVERGE BLUE ENGAGE with everyday business applications from Google, Microsoft, Salesforce and more.
The UNIVERGE BLUE EXTEND integration platform is designed specifically to help organizations boost productivity, streamline workflows and increase revenue. Employees can communicate and collaborate more effectively, while saving valuable time that is often lost switching between applications. It is easy to use and easy to integrate, with no heavy training or implementation costs.
The platform includes four types of integrations to support business productivity and operations:
- Productivity Integrations: Streamline workflows and maximize employee efficiency by embedding UNIVERGE BLUE into everyday business applications, including Office 365, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Slack and G Suite.
- CRM Integrations: Drive customer retention and increase revenue by connecting the powerful communication capabilities of UNIVERGE BLUE CONNECT with Microsoft Dynamic 365, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho and Oracle NetSuite. Less common CRM systems can also be integrated with simple custom APIs.
- Help Desk Integration: Improve customer retention and boost revenue by combining UNIVERGE BLUE CONNECT with help desk management applications, including Zendesk and ServiceNow.
- Contact Center Integrations: Deliver smarter, more efficient contact center customer experiences by combining popular applications, including Microsoft Dynamic 365, Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk and ServiceNow, with UNIVERE BLUE ENGAGE. The ENGAGE Contact Center also supports a custom API platform allowing integration inside the IVR call flow for virtually any back office or CRM.
