BrightSign is highlighting new AI capabilities and digital signage solutions at InfoComm 2025 in Orlando (booth #1100), with a focus on real-time content engagement, audience analytics and flexible player options.

One of the booth’s central demos features BrightSign’s latest AI toolkits, designed to run edge-based AI applications directly from BrightSign players. A key use case on display is the integration of AI-powered features into BrightAuthor Connected, BrightSign’s content management platform. These enhancements allow digital signage to detect motion or user presence and respond by adapting content in real time, offering retailers and brands more dynamic ways to engage with customers.

BrightSign will also demonstrate a collaboration with Quividi, a company known for audience measurement and shopper engagement in digital-out-of-home (DOOH) settings. The integration shows how retailers can combine BrightSign’s hardware with Quividi’s analytics platform to capture engagement metrics and build tailored campaigns based on real-time audience behavior. CMS partners, including Bright Alliance Elite member Poppulo, will also demonstrate these new capabilities in their own booth.

“From real-time content that responds to changing weather and traffic patterns to tailor-made visuals that engage audiences on the spot, AI has tremendous potential to transform the way organizations engage with their audiences,” said Steve Durkee, CEO of BrightSign. “Accessible across a range of players, our AI offerings respond to customers’ need for a solution that takes their customer experience to the next level.”

BrightSign players now feature integrated Neural Processing Units (NPUs), enabling on-device AI processing without impacting performance. This allows for seamless blending of AI insights with visual content for more personalized digital signage applications.

“With in-store retail media experiencing strong growth, retailers need easy access to high-trust audience metrics and real-time shopper engagement insights to effectively unlock alternative and incremental revenue streams,” said Olivier Duizabo, President of Quividi. “We’re proud to partner with BrightSign to bring AI to the edge, enabling granular audience analytics for every campaign played on in-store screens, along with enhanced monetization and shopper engagement capabilities. Best of all, BrightSign’s platform makes it incredibly easy and fast to move from concept to deployment and scale our solutions across large retail media networks.”

BrightSign is also introducing three new digital signage products: the HD6 and XD6 media players and the XS6 system-on-a-chip platform. All three solutions will be on display at the booth and feature support for BrightSignOS.
