Alcons Audio, Sony, Storm Audio and Screen Acoustics Debut Another Immersive Experience at CEDIA 2019

Alcons Audio will be exhibiting again this year at the 2019 CEDIA Expo, taking place at the Colorado Convention Center, Denver, from Thurs., Sept. 12 to Sat., Sept.14. Located at Booth SR-13 on the show floor, the Alcons Pro-Ribbon Immersive Experience lets visitors experience the company’s unique ability to deliver hi-fi sound at concert sound pressure levels in any size application. 30 minute demonstrations will take place regularly throughout the three trade show days.

This year, the Alcons 9.x.6 sound system will feature LCR screen channels of pro-ribbon Cinema Reference Monitor System CRMS mkII, CRMSC-LFE18 screen subwoofers, base level surrounds of pro-ribbon compact horizontal/vertical reference surround CRMSC SRHV90 and height level surrounds of wide-dispersion CRMSC SRHV120. The system will be powered and controlled by Sentinel10 amplified loudspeaker controllers with 24 channels, featuring the newly developed VHIR speaker processing.

It will also feature a Storm Audio ISP 3D.32 Elite immersive processor, Sony VPL-VW5000ES 4K home theater projector and Screen Acoustics UltraWeave V6 screen.

The Alcons booth will have the CRMS mkll screen system on static display, with the company’s staff available to discuss any aspects of its pro-ribbon products or high specification home theater audio with show attendees. They will be joined by Walter Fortmüller of Walter Fortmüller SAVO (System Audio Video Optimization), a company that provides services for both the professional and high end residential markets.
