NuVision Launches Their First LED-lit DLP Projector
Known for their super-high-end LCD HDTVs, NuVision launched their first foray into projection with the ProVu P2 last week. It’s a 1080p, DLP-based home theater projector that claims to only draw 1-watt of power in standby (that would actually make it a “GreenAV” product). Claiming a 20,000-hour LED lamp life, the 800-lumen P2 uses a 1.8-2.4 zoom lens, has two HDMI 1.3 inputs and draws 130 watts of power when being used.
