AVI-SPL’s AV Monitoring capability is designed to capture critical information from SNMP-compliant devices and vendor monitoring tools throughout a customer’s network. From projectors to digital signage devices, Symphony gathers information, automatically opens trouble tickets and engages the support team to resolve any issues.

AVI-SPL’s 24×7 live coverage means that no matter when the ticket is opened, someone will be there to initiate action and ensure downtime is kept to a minimum.

The completion of the Symphony AV monitoring capability is a key part of AVI-SPL’s Unify ME™ managed services offerings, which blend support for all aspects of the meeting environment under one team. AVI-SPL has Network Operation Centers (NOC) in Ohio, Pennsylvania and the U.K., all using the same platform, ticketing system and phone system to support customers around the world.
