ADI Global Distribution on ISC West 2024
ISC West 2024, the most comprehensive and converged security trade event in the U.S., is set to take place April 9-12 in Las Vegas at the Venetian Expo.
Ahead of the show, the rAVe team sat down with ISC West exhibitors to see what they expect to see trending on the show floor and why attendees should visit their booths.
Executive interview with Marco Cardazzi, vice president of marketing, ADI Global Distribution.
Q: Why are you exhibiting at ISC West 2024?
MARCO CARDAZZI: Tradeshows are important for ADI as they provide us with an invaluable opportunity for face-to-face interactions with customers, suppliers and industry peers – and ISC West is at the top of the list. Exhibiting at the show allows us to showcase our latest offering and educate customers on all the ways ADI is helping them to win more business and increase revenues. This year, our curated booth features some of the latest products across security, data comm, AV and more.
Q: What is one trend you expect to see at the show and why?
MC: One trend that I think we’ll see a lot of across the show floor is around cloud-based solutions, remote connectivity and service offerings. In addition to our product offerings, we’re focused on equipping our dealers with new service offerings they can provide to their customers, and earn new RMR opportunities. In our booth, we’ll be showing some of our cloud video surveillance services offerings including ADI Pro Cloud Storage Powered by Seagate LYVE, Capture Advanced Direct-to-Cloud Cameras, Capture Cloud VSaaS VMS & Storage.
Q: Why should attendees visit your booth at the show?
MC: At ADI, we work with more than 1,000 leading suppliers globally and we research, select and source the latest technology. Visitors to our booth can see an array of some of the industry’s latest products from a variety of leading manufacturers. Additionally, we’re featuring some of our exclusive brand products that deliver even more buying choice to customers across residential and commercial installations.
Our booth is designed to help integrators expand into adjacent categories. For example, our AV and mass notification display features products from Axis Communications and AtlasIED and highlights how integrators can utilize these technologies to build a complete system. Another area we’re excited about is including XTEN-AV in our booth. Their collaborative software platform helps integrators conceptualize designs, streamline proposals and more. We continue to see ProAV as a growth category, and we’ve invested in XTEN-AV to support them to advance their software platform and help drive the industry forward.
Another exciting feature in our booth is the ADI Pro Rewards program. We believe our loyal customers deserve special rewards, and we’re excited to launch our new customer loyalty program. ADI Pro Rewards lets eligible customers earn points and rewards for your shopping ADI. It’s our way of saying ‘thank you’ to our customers.
Q: Anything else you’d like to add?
MC: In addition to providing the products that help keep our communities safe and secure, ADI is focused on making a difference in our local communities. We’re proud to sponsor the Mission 500 Security 5K/2K at this year’s show. In fact, team ADI will be participating in the run to help raise funds for those in need. Mission 500 does great work to help our local communities and ADI has been partnering with them for the past several years. Earlier this year, as part of our annual Sales Kick Off and Supplier Symposium event, we raised more than $118k to support the work of Mission 500.
