SoundTube Adds Dante Into Its Lineup
SoundTube Entertainment is adding Dante-enabled products from input and source control to IP-enabled PoE speakers next month while at the CEDIA Expo and CIX shows.
SoundTube’s Dante ecosystem brings flexibility and scalability to home installations. From system management via a web server and the ability to remotely monitor and setup, the system saves installation time/costs while delivering uncompressed high-quality sound. Centralized control is achieved through a single interface, integrating seamlessly with home automation systems like Control4, Crestron, QSC and others. The ecosystem also offers wide compatibility, working with over 4,000 Dante-enabled products from 600+ manufacturers.
Here’s an interview I had with SoundTube’s president recently about adding Dante:
SoundTube’s Dante-enabled product lineup features the new 16×16 DSP controller; the DSM-16 System Manager. The system also includes SoundTube’s Dante-enabled PoE in-ceiling speakers eliminating the need for multi-zone amplifiers and offers unmatched flexibility for zoning and rezoning system architecture. Dante-enabled PoE speakers are also available in surface mount, sound bar, pendant and outdoor models.
