Samsung Electronics America is presenting a range of new and upcoming retail technologies at NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show, highlighting how its connected display and mobile ecosystem is designed to enhance in-store experiences for customers and employees. Samsung is exhibiting at Booth 5303 during the Jan. 11–13 event.

The company’s showcase focuses on display, mobile and software solutions intended to help retailers rethink how they engage shoppers across physical environments. Samsung said its approach centers on centralized content management, visual impact and integration with partner technologies to support consistent messaging from store entrance to checkout.

“In 2026, successful retailers will need to focus beyond price to stay prominent among consumers,” said David Phelps, head of display at Samsung Electronics America. “According to Deloitte’s 2026 Retail Industry Global Outlook, 40% of perceived brand value stems from non-financial factors. We’re helping store owners rethink how they attract, engage and convert shoppers into customers through convenient content management tools and stunning visual displays that captivate from entrance to checkout.”

Among the technologies on display is Samsung’s Spatial Signage, a new display format designed to create immersive 3D visual effects. The solution features a slim, 2-inch profile and an 85-inch frame and is supported by Samsung’s Visual eXperience Transformation platform, which centralizes content and device management.

Samsung is also introducing a new 13-inch Color E-Paper display, expanding on its 32-inch model launched previously. The battery-powered display is designed for ultra-low power consumption and flexible placement, supporting use cases such as promotional signage, end caps and storefront messaging in space-constrained environments.

In addition, Samsung is highlighting its Galaxy XR headset, which supports Android applications and is positioned as a tool for immersive employee training tailored to specific retail environments. The booth also features rugged mobile handsets and tablets designed to support retail associate productivity.

Samsung’s booth includes demonstrations of partner integrations designed to extend the value of its display ecosystem. Partners such as Behavioral Labs Inc., Havrion, Creative Realities, Smartify, Vistar Media, Glass-Media and Bish Creative are showcasing solutions that add content intelligence, IPTV integration, retail media monetization, enclosure options and digital merchandising platforms.

Samsung is also featuring The Wall: MMF-A, a 136-inch all-in-one MicroLED display, through live digital graffiti demonstrations by local artist Alex Alpert on Jan. 11–12.

NRF 2026 attendees can experience Samsung’s retail-focused technologies and partner solutions at Booth 5303.
