Glass-Media and Samsung to Debut E-Paper Signage Accessories at NRF 2026

Glass-Media and Samsung Electronics America announced a new lineup of E-Paper accessories set to debut at NRF 2026.
The companies said that these displays behave more like print than traditional screens and will be built around Samsung’s 32-inch EMDX Series Color E-Paper. The product line is designed to deliver paper-like visuals in digital poster stands, A-frames and other common signage formats without requiring permanent power.
“By productizing this technology into a family of products in collaboration with Samsung, we’re giving organizations an elegant print-like alternative to traditional screens, while preserving the flexibility, efficiency and remote management they expect from modern digital signage, while also helping them respond to growing demand for more eco-conscious, portable display solutions,” said Daniel Black, Founder and CEO of Glass-Media.
The Samsung Color E-Paper accessory lineup will soon be available in additional sizes and orientations with multiple mounting and enclosure options. Joint E-Paper solutions can be configured and customized for common use cases, including floor-standing digital poster stands, menu boards, tabletop posters, end cap displays and stanchions across retail, foodservice, hospitality, healthcare and other high-traffic spaces, providing a portable, versatile alternative to traditional rigid print or permanently mounted screens.
Unlike LCD or LED signage, the new displays are not illuminated, making them suitable for glare-prone environments like retail stores or healthcare facilities.
The companies said the release intends to modernize various forms of digital signage, while maintaining the visual calm and familiarity of printed materials.
A key focus of the collaboration is standardization. E-Paper has been available in the past in custom installations, but producing these off-the-shelf options allows for signage technology that can be easily purchased, deployed and scaled across many locations.
The E-Paper lineup continues a partnership between Glass-Media and Samsung, which partnered to create battery-powered portable poster stands and the FibreCraft line of eco-conscious signage in October 2025.
