RingCentral’s New Partnerships Will Bring Healthcare Capabilities to RingCentral MVP and RingCentral Contact Center
RingCentral announced new partnerships with three healthcare Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Ascom, ChronicCareIQ and ELLKAY, to bring new capabilities to RingCentral MVP (Message Video Phone) and RingCentral Contact Center. The partnerships enable providers to help point-of-care workflows managed via VoIP wireless devices.
Each individual partnership offers the following capabilities:
- Point Of Care Productivity — With Ascom, RingCentral MVP becomes the first cloud communications platform incorporated into a provider’s comprehensive healthcare communications solution. RingCentral MVP now offers messaging, video and phone capabilities via Ascom ruggedized mobile devices. These capabilities are offered at the point of care to integrate the tools into clinical workflows.
- High-performance Chronic Care Management (CCM) — The ChronicCareIQ (CCIQ) CCM can utilize RingCentral MVP to support providers with chronic health condition patients. The integration enables one-click outbound calls from the CCIQ platform and the ability to automatically track and document the phone time with enrolled patients and their caregivers.
- Data-Driven Patient Engagement — With ELLKAY, patient support teams utilizing RingCentral Contact Center will leverage incoming call-generated screen pops to access disparate patient data from the majority of external Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) within a single-view window. Providers will have the flexibility to customize the types of external data presented to representatives.
