Green Hippo is now shipping its new 4U Hippotizer MX Series media servers, HYCO MX and MEUSE MX.

Designed for live event production, the HYCO and MEUSE models offer expanded storage capacity for managing larger projects and assets. Their improved generative content performance, particularly with platforms like Notch and TouchEngine, ensures smoother and more responsive workflows. Enhanced playback performance delivers reliable, high-quality output even in demanding real-time conditions. These systems also feature four 4K outputs and two optional input slots, providing flexibility for a range of production needs.

The Hippotizer MX Series supports 10-bit video playback for accurate color reproduction and is compatible with SMPTE 2110 and IPMX workflows. It also offers system customization and high-quality media delivery. Designed for designers, touring professionals and integrators, the new servers feature rear-chassis illumination, upgradeable and swappable media drives, customizable output configurations and an OLED display.
