Comeen, a meeting room solution recommended for Google Workspace, has partnered with Neat to deliver Google Meet-native room experiences. Building on Neat’s recent certification as a Google Meet hardware partner, the integration aims to simplify space management for companies using Google Meet — from scheduling to signage.

The combined solution integrates Neat’s meeting room hardware (including the Neat Pad and Google Meet-certified devices) with Comeen’s workplace software, compatible with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

With Comeen, users can reserve meeting rooms directly through an AI agent within their preferred chat tool — such as Google Chat in Google-native environments — making the process feel like working with a personal assistant. Smart notification workflows then engage employees proactively in chat to help reduce ghost meetings, which can account for up to 30% of bookings. Users are prompted to confirm or cancel upcoming reservations, with updates syncing in real time to the Neat Pad for clear availability and on-the-spot booking.
