Daktronics Delivers LED Displays for Three Pakistan Cricket Stadiums

BROOKINGS, S.D. – Mar. 14, 2025 – Daktronics and Quadra Technologies have partnered on a large-scale renovation project to deliver six LED video displays to three stadiums for the Pakistan Cricket Board. Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi stadiums each received new displays to elevate the fan experience at the events they host in 2025 and beyond.

The PCB carefully reviewed Daktronics’ products and selected them as the best supplier of scoreboards globally.

“As a result, state-of-the-art screens were installed at Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi cricket stadiums, delivering unparalleled graphics, video content and animations to elevate the game-day experience. The Quadra Technology and Daktronics teams installed the LED systems in these 3 stadiums in a fast-paced project, finalizing procurement to operation in less than 90 days.”

Video Display Details

All displays feature 10-millimeter pixel spacings to bring excellent image clarity to viewers through the stadium. Daktronics’ industry-leading contrast, together with up to 10,000 nit brightness, creates crisp images for viewers in the stadium and watching via broadcast at home. A total of over 850 sqm of was installed in these three stadiums.

These displays are each capable of variable content zoning which allows each to show one large image or to be divided into multiple zones of content. This content can be live video, instant replays, up-to-the-minute statistics, game information, graphics, animations or sponsorship messages.

Each stadium received a Daktronics Show Control system to integrate the displays and streamline the live event production.
