CTI, the largest privately held audiovisual integration and events provider in the U.S., has acquired LightWerks of Carson, California, expanding its presence across key West Coast markets and adding new service areas in Idaho and Montana.

The acquisition strengthens CTI’s operations in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area. It also marks the company’s first location in Boise, Idaho, enabling service to clients across Idaho and Montana.
