CTI Acquires Candeo Vision, Marking Entry Into UK AV Market
CTI is officially expanding into the UK after acquiring London-based AV integration firm Candeo Vision.
The move marks CTI’s first physical foothold in the EMEA market. Candeo Vision, founded in 2005, has built a strong presence in both London and Nottinghamshire, delivering AV integration services across corporate, education and public sector clients.
CTI CEO John Laughlin called the acquisition a strategic fit, citing Candeo’s long-standing reputation and shared values as members of the PSNI Global Alliance.
“In their nineteen years serving clients across the United Kingdom, Candeo Vision has built an excellent team and a great reputation,” Laughlin said. “I’ve grown to admire the company through the work we’ve shared as members of the PSNI Global Alliance. They’re the right people to bring CTI into the UK, and I look forward to seeing them grow and prosper with the resources that CTI brings.”
CTI (also known as Conference Technologies, Inc.) is based in St. Louis and serves clients worldwide, with more than 35 offices across the U.S. The company joined PSNI in 2008, while Candeo Vision has been a UK member since 2021.
The acquisition continues a trend of AV integrators expanding beyond their home regions through targeted M&A — especially those leveraging global integrator alliances for partnership and reach.
