Global Mounts Group, the parent company of Neomounts and B-Tech AV Mounts, has acquired Audipack, a manufacturer of high-end, custom mounting solutions. The acquisition strengthens Global Mounts Group’s position in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of mounting solutions across various industries. Audipack, founded in 1982 and based in the Netherlands, is known for its precision-engineered products and custom solutions for the professional AV market.
