Avocor Announces Plans to Expand Avocor Alliances Organization
Avocor, the collaboration display solutions company, today introduces the expansion of Avocor’s Alliances organization which aims to strengthen the alignment between the company, its solutions and the UCC ecosystems where its interactive collaboration products and partners can thrive.
Since its founding in 2016 Avocor has grown quickly to become a major player in the UCC marketplace. The company’s unique approach to working in partnership with leading brands – often from product conception right through to go-to-market – has been a key contributor to its growth. Avocor understood early on that successful go-to-market strategies extend beyond the confines of a single entity and partnership is essential to meet the needs of a modern workplace.
Avocor already works with the leading workspace solution providers – including Google, HP/Poly, Lenovo, Logitech, Microsoft, Miro, Ring Central, T1V and Zoom – to offer businesses confidence and choice in effective, productive, easy-to-use UCC technologies. Recent innovations include:
- Avocor L Series. The new L Series range of 21:9 aspect ultra-wide interactive displays for enhanced MTR experiences is powered by T1V collaboration software.
- Avocor CollabTouch: A modular and scalable meeting room solution purpose-built for interactive collaboration. Easy to use and easy to install, CollabTouch combines Avocor interactive display technology with crystal clear audio and video by Logitech.
- Google Meet Series One by Avocor: Specifically developed for the new era of hybrid working, Series One Board 65 and Desk 27 stylishly combine the capabilities of Google Meet with Avocor hardware, to bring meeting equity to the 6 million businesses that use Google Workspace.
Avocor Alliances aims to build on legacy partnerships and grow the impact of existing and new partnerships in the market. To steer this initiative, Wayne N. Driggers Jr. has been appointed as Head of Global Alliances. Wayne has been in the Unified Communication and Collaboration industry for over 15 years, working across sales and partnerships with market leaders including Webex, Zoom and AVer Information. Joining the Avocor leadership team, Wayne will work with partners to further strengthen each company’s position and fulfill mutual business goals.
He explains: “Visual and interactive collaboration solutions have undergone a monumental evolution over the past few years, with exponential growth in users engaging with software solutions. The role of hardware devices to maximize UCC software features is vital and can make the difference between successful adoption of these technologies, or not.”
Scott Hix, CEO, Avocor, adds: “We have positioned ourselves as a collaborative leader in the market, and it is this cooperative approach that makes the future look exciting. With Wayne and team, we will be able to continue our product innovation and industry impact through meaningful strategic alliances that will shape the future of how we work.”
