AVIXA and the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Training Trust Fund (IATSE TTF) are celebrating 15 years of collaboration focused on advancing professional development in the AV and live events industries.

The IATSE TTF provides training opportunities for members to maintain skills and adapt to new technologies in entertainment and exhibition markets. Through the partnership, IATSE members gain access to AVIXA’s on-demand and instructor-led courses, including paths toward Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification.

Since the partnership began, IATSE members have enrolled in AVIXA courses more than 17,000 times, totaling more than 200,000 hours of training. Many members have gone on to earn CTS credentials, underscoring the practical benefits of the initiative.

Looking ahead, AVIXA said it will introduce new courses on emerging technologies and innovative practices while expanding accessible and flexible learning options for IATSE members.
