AVI-SPL and SKC Communications Close Acquisition Agreement
AVI-SPL and SKC Communications announced they have closed their acquisition agreement and will merge as one under AVI-SPL. Integration of the two businesses and teams is anticipated to be substantially completed by March 31, 2022.
The acquisition of SKC Communications enhances AVI-SPL’s customer experience through deepened UCC voice expertise, stronger U.S. geographic presence and more robust e-commerce sales. Together, the combined company will accelerate hybrid work, earning strategies and elevate user experience.
With the agreement now finalized, current SKC Communications customers will have access to AVI- SPL’s 24/7 Global Service Operations Centers, as well as remote technology management and monitoring capabilities provided by the AVI-SPL Symphony platform. The SKC Communications U.S. operations, including its former headquarters in Shawnee, Kansas, add to AVI-SPL’s global footprint and enables the combined company to serve customers in more regions. The dedication of both companies to customer success serves the united company well as it amplifies its strategy to lead the way for customers undergoing the most critical digital enablement transformations to empower hybrid work and learning.
