Auton Motorized Systems’ ‘Dream Machine’ Under the Bed Lift Chosen for Install in Client Bedroom

Auton Motorized SystemsAuton Motorized Systems announced that integration company Welcome Home Living selected Auton’s Dream Machine Under the Bed Lift to conceal displays in a client’s bedroom. The lift conceals displays without needing additional furniture and enables control via the remote of their choosing. The Dream Machine fits flat-screens up to 80 inches in size under any bed, lifts to a customizable height with a programmable 180-degree swivel and integrates with any home control system.

Auton says the Dream Machine was created in direct response to feedback from the install and design community. Architects and interior designers felt limited in their approach to integrating and concealing displays in the most serene room of the house. The Dream Machine was the first non-furniture solution that completely concealed the display in the room by storing it in the unused space under the bed. It gives homeowners the freedom to choose the bed frame that fits their lifestyle and décor instead of being locked into an integrated furniture lift solution that dictates the rest of the design choices in the room.

At a touch of button on the client’s chosen controller, it glides out from under the bed, making use of otherwise unoccupied space. Because it’s not bolted to the bed frame, it’s also simple to move to other rooms. In addition, Auton’s control contact closure, IR or RF options allow for further configuration with other entertainment devices and home automation systems, including AMX, Control4, Crestron, Lutron, RTI, Savant and more.
