Yealink Unveils AI-Driven Collaboration Solutions at Global Launch Event
THIS IS A PROMOTED POST
Yealink has introduced a full suite of AI-powered communication and collaboration technologies designed for hybrid workspaces, unveiling the lineup during its recent “AI YOUR WORKSPACE” global launch event.
The announcement showcased new solutions across Android and Windows platforms, ProAV ecosystems and personal collaboration devices. Developed through a 10-year strategic partnership with Microsoft and supported by Intel and Qualcomm, the products are designed to provide secure, scalable and sustainable tools for modern enterprises.
Among the new products is the MeetingBar A50, Yealink’s next-generation Android video bar, tailored for medium to large meeting rooms. According to Frost & Sullivan, over 40% of all-in-one systems are now deployed in these larger spaces. The A50, powered by Qualcomm’s 8550 processor, offers a 50% CPU performance boost and 10 times more AI processing power. It includes a triple-camera system and features such as real-time framing, speaker tracking and precision voice pickup. The product integrates with Microsoft’s Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), providing enterprise-grade security.
Yealink also introduced its fourth-generation MVC series for Microsoft Teams Rooms. Built on Intel Core Ultra 5 processors with 34 TOPS of AI performance, the MVC series addresses hybrid meeting challenges like poor participant framing and limited visibility. The system supports flexible multi-camera setups and integrates with Microsoft Copilot to enable live meeting transcription, automated summaries and intelligent follow-ups.
In the ProAV space, the new Yealink AVONE platform consolidates audio, video, control and design components into a single solution. Aimed at simplifying complex deployments, AV ONE enables integrators to automatically generate topologies, signal paths and control interfaces in minutes. The system is Teams Rooms-compatible and runs over a centralized IP network.
For individual users, Yealink debuted a new lineup of AI-enhanced personal devices, including the SIP T7 and T8 IP phones, as well as USB and Bluetooth headsets and speakerphones. The devices feature AI-enabled audio, upgraded user interfaces, and sustainable design elements including GRS-certified PCR materials and FSC-certified packaging.
Yealink emphasized its commitment to trust and security through its S.A.F.E.R. framework, which includes compliance with global standards such as ISO, GDPR and the EU AI Act. The framework also highlights supply chain ethics, proactive security architecture and Microsoft Azure-powered data localization. As part of that initiative, the company’s new Global Operational Headquarters in Singapore is now fully operational — a strategic move to bolster information security, streamline supply chain operations and provide localized support across key markets.
The company also reaffirmed its sustainability goals, noting that its headquarters generated 3.8 million kWh through rooftop solar last year and that its devices include energy-saving systems.
Following the launch event, Yealink hosted roadshows across five European cities to demonstrate the new products and engage directly with system integrators, end users and partners.
Yealink operates in more than 140 countries and ranks among the world’s top three video conferencing hardware providers. It also holds the No. 1 position in global SIP phone shipments, according to Frost & Sullivan.
