xyte leadership appointments 2025Xyte has announced two senior leadership appointments as it accelerates its next phase of growth. Matt Stone has joined the company as Vice President of Marketing, while Andrew Gross has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and U.S. General Manager.

Stone brings more than 20 years of SaaS and technology marketing experience. He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at EverChain, where he drove double-digit growth through account-based and digital marketing campaigns. Before that, he was senior vice president of marketing at Verisk Marketing Solutions, where his team generated nearly half of the company’s annual sales pipeline. He has also held executive roles at Photon, 1E and Real Capital Analytics.

“What excites me about Xyte is the ability to bring real benefits to end users – giving them visibility, efficiency and peace of mind in how their devices work,” Stone said. “With Xyte’s use of AI to unlock smarter device management, that story becomes even more compelling.”

Gross joined Xyte in 2022 as its first U.S. hire and has helped build the company’s presence across the Americas. He has grown the commercial team from zero to multimillion-dollar annual recurring revenue, developed a qualified pipeline worth tens of millions and secured adoption of recurring hardware-as-a-service revenue models. His leadership also played a role in raising more than $40 million from investors including Intel Capital, Samsung Next, BlackRock and S-Capital.

Prior to Xyte, Gross spent a decade at Crestron Electronics, where he launched the global UC&C team and drove a 30x revenue increase for Microsoft Teams and Zoom Rooms solutions.

“Being part of Xyte’s journey from early idea to global momentum has been incredibly rewarding,” Gross said. “I’m excited to continue driving growth as we scale across markets and bring more AI-driven automation into the way our customers manage and support their infrastructure.”

With these leadership changes, Xyte says it is positioned to strengthen its role as a preferred platform for device manufacturers, resellers and managed service providers. The company’s AI-powered cloud platform is designed to connect, monitor and troubleshoot devices at scale across AV, building, lighting and other adjacent markets.

“Matt and Andrew bring the experience and vision we need as Xyte enters its next stage of
growth,” said Omer Brookstein, CEO and co-founder of Xyte. “Their leadership will help us scale
globally while continuing to innovate with AI to better serve our partners and customers.”
