VIZIO Settles With LG
VIZIO announced last week that it has signed a settlement agreement together with cross license agreements ending a patent dispute with LG Electronics, Inc. that began in 2008.
The settlement encompasses actions that LGE and VIZIO filed in the U.S., including in the International Trade Commission resulting in various orders and determinations. The terms of the settlement agreement and the cross license agreements were not released. The parties will file requests for dismissal of all outstanding actions in the appropriate courts. Details are not being made public yet!
