Visionary has appointed Marco Thiele as regional sales manager for Central and Western Europe, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Italy. In this role, Thiele will focus on business development and partner relationships across the region.

Thiele brings nearly 20 years of experience in the professional audiovisual industry, having held roles across the integration, distribution and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, he served as account manager for Benelux, Africa and the Middle East at Harman International. He previously held senior sales and channel leadership roles at AMX, where he led business development efforts in the education, corporate, government and financial markets.

“My experience across integration, distribution and manufacturing has given me a well-rounded understanding of the audiovisual industry,” Thiele said in a statement. “I’m excited to bring this knowledge to Visionary and contribute to the company’s growth by strengthening partnerships and increasing visibility across the region.”

Thiele is recognized in the EMEA market for his technical expertise and channel strategy, as well as his emphasis on customer success.
