Theory Professional has launched the SR Series, a new line of passive and powered loudspeakers designed for sound reinforcement in both fixed and portable applications.

The series includes eight models of multi-purpose loudspeakers and subwoofers. According to the company, the SR Series targets the high-output segment of the market with compact form factors and flexible mounting options.

Built to order in the United States, the SR Series includes black and white versions of each model, with both passive and active options depending on the application. Passive models can also be weatherized or custom-painted.

Each loudspeaker includes multiple fly points, ergonomic handles, pole cups and standard mount points. Theory also offers a line of accessories including its SplitYoke mounting brackets, a caster kit, and a dolly board for portable use.

The company says the SR Series is suited for applications such as corporate events, hospitality venues, and DJ setups where high-fidelity, full-range mobile sound is required.
