Solid State Logic has introduced Meter Pro, a new metering plug-in for its SSL 360° platform. The software expands SSL’s growing suite of tools for audio production and integrates with its UF1 DAW controller, giving users access to real-time audio analysis and system-wide control.

Meter Pro offers a collection of metering options including loudness, spectrum, phase and level analysis, supporting multichannel audio configurations up to 7.1.4. SSL says the tool is designed for professionals working in broadcast, streaming, film and music production.

When paired with SSL’s UF1 controller, Meter Pro can be accessed directly through the unit’s hardware controls and 4.3-inch IPS display. This allows users to keep their DAW workspace uncluttered while maintaining constant visual feedback through the controller.

The SSL 360° platform also received a Version 1.9 update alongside the plug-in release. The update adds enhanced functionality for users of the UF1, UF8 and UC1 controllers.
