PK Sound Debuts Ts15 Compact Subwoofer With Intelligent Control

PK Sound has introduced the Ts15 intelligent subwoofer, a compact addition to its Trinity line of robotically controlled line source systems.
Designed for low-frequency reinforcement, the Ts15 operates from 33 to 130 Hz and delivers peak sound pressure levels of up to 136.5 dB. It features a front-loaded 15-inch transducer in a bass reflex design, with a large vent to support high SPL performance while minimizing port distortion.
The Ts15 includes a single, field-replaceable VE module containing a 2,400-watt Class D amplifier, control electronics and power supply. All components are located on the rear of the cabinet.
Built-in digital signal processing and AVB endpoints streamline setup and calibration. Routing is managed through Neutrik DR Series IP65-rated connectors for durability and network stability. PK Sound’s .dynamics software enables Auto-Array functionality, allowing each unit to identify its position within the system. This supports advanced configurations such as cardioid arrays and arc delays.
The Ts15 offers flexible deployment options, including ground stacking or flying as a single unit using an optional bracket set. The cabinet includes an M20 pole mount thread and supports an optional caster kit for portability.
PK Sound said the compact design is suitable for mobile and installed applications, and the unit’s form factor allows for efficient packing and global transport.
