Nice/Nortek Control announced it has hired Phil Hardaway as the newest Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) sales manager. Hardaway comes to Nice/Nortek Control from Snap One, where he has spent the last seven years of his career. Prior to then, he worked primarily with Savant Systems Europe at a European AV distributor. Overall, Hardaway has dedicated more than two decades to the smart home, AV and custom installation industry. In his new role at Nice/Nortek Control, he’ll lead and represent international sales in the European Union (EU) while supporting the distribution network throughout the EMEA.

Hardaway has experience in various roles, including sales management, export sales, business development, account management, marketing and technical support. One of Hardaway’s career highlights thus far has been personally selling Iwan Thomas, British Olympic track star, his very own professionally installed smart home system.
