Modulus M1 Claims DVR For The Streaming Age
Last year, Americans spent $9.6 billion on subscription content like Netflix and HBO GO; 61 percent of young adults (ages 18-29) say streaming is the primary way they watch television. By the end of this year, at least half of U.S. households will have a streaming media player. Modulus Media Systems’ M1 is aiming at the target market.
Modulus claims to be the first multi-function media hub that allows you to record all your streaming shows. Modulus records the entire series and organizes it into folders. Modulus has a pending patent for this feature, along with several other innovations.
The Modulus system will be sold exclusively through System Integrator partners and you can see the specs here.
