Marshall Launches CV355-27X-ND3 IP Camera With NDI Support
Marshall Electronics introduced the CV355-27X-ND3, a new optical zoom IP camera that supports both NDI HX2 and HX3 protocols. The camera is equipped with a professional-grade 8.5-megapixel sensor and delivers HD video up to 1920×1080 at 60 frames per second.
Designed for broadcast and professional AV workflows, the CV355-27X-ND3 includes a 27X optical zoom block that spans a focal range from 5.56mm to 150mm. The horizontal angle of view ranges from 60 degrees to 3.2 degrees, maintaining image clarity from wide-angle to long telephoto shots.
The camera features simultaneous outputs for NDI HX2/HX3, 3G/HD-SDI and HDMI, with stereo audio embedding. Its support for NDI allows high-quality, low-latency video to be transmitted over standard IP networks while preserving frame accuracy and source sync. The unit also integrates easily into NDI workflows and is compatible with a range of NDI Tools for discovery, control and video management.
Marshall says the CV355-27X-ND3 is intended for use in production environments that require flexible installation and IP-based control without sacrificing video performance.
