Lightware and NETGEAR Partner to Streamline AV-over-IP Deployment
Lightware has partnered with NETGEAR to simplify AV-over-IP deployment by integrating pre-configured NETGEAR AV switches into Lightware’s signal management workflows.
As part of the partnership, NETGEAR’s AV switches are now available through Lightware with custom configuration profiles co-developed by both companies. These profiles aim to eliminate the need for manual setup, allowing integrators and IT teams to deploy optimized AV networks with minimal effort.
The NETGEAR GVN-LWS-1G-26G4F-P (M4250-26G4F-PoE+) and TPN-LWS-10G-24X4V-P (M4350-24X4V) switches have been tested for compatibility with Lightware products, including the UBEX, GEMINI GVN and TPN series. For GEMINI GVN and TPN products, the solution supports plug-and-play deployment. For UBEX, the system requires a one-click setup to load the Lightware profile.
The joint solution is designed for a range of environments, including conference rooms, digital signage, hospitality, and live event production. It provides a scalable, high-performance infrastructure without the complexity of traditional AV systems.
NETGEAR offers a ProSAFE Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty, 90 days of phone and email technical support, lifetime support via online chat, and next-business-day hardware replacement for managed switches sold through Lightware.
“By partnering with NETGEAR, we’re removing one of the biggest pain points in AV network design,” said Gergely Vida, CEO of Lightware.
Richard Jonker, vice president of marketing and business development at NETGEAR AV, added, “Integrating our managed AV switches with Lightware’s configuration profiles enables customers to get up and running faster with a reliable, high-performance solution.”
The partnership is now active, and systems are available through Lightware’s distribution channels.
