Huddly has announced the launch of the C1, an AI-powered video bar designed for small and medium-sized meeting rooms. The C1 combines a 4K camera, 150-degree field of view, AI-based framing, and an advanced microphone and speaker array in a single plug-and-play device.

Built around a new hardware platform offering 20 times the AI processing power of previous Huddly products, the C1 is designed for real-time autonomous video and audio optimization. It will ship with features such as Speaker Mode and Group Framing, with additional AI-driven updates planned post-launch.

“Huddly C1 is our bold first step into the video bar market,” said Knut Helge Teppan, chief design officer at Huddly. “… Combining our expertise in AI-driven video with groundbreaking audio innovation, it’s set to redefine the video bar experience from day one.”

The C1 features a 16-microphone array with AI-enhanced voice pickup and noise reduction. Built-in stereo speakers and passive bass radiators provide full-range sound. The unit connects via USB-C and is compatible with major conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.

The system is modular and can operate either as a stand-alone device or be expanded using Huddly Crew Add-On Cameras. Huddly has also introduced snap-on aluminum front plates, available in multiple colors, as optional accessories.

C1 will be showcased across Europe during a joint roadshow with Lenovo, culminating in a global launch at InfoComm. Worldwide shipping is scheduled to begin in Q3 2025.
