Korbyt just announced the acquisition of NFS Technology, a provider of meeting room booking and space management software solutions and services. The acquisition was made in partnership with Clearhaven Partners, a U.S.-based software-focused private equity firm, following its initial 2023 investment in Korbyt.

As you likely know, Korbyt’s digital signage software is aimed at financial services, higher education, manufacturing, supply chain and the contact center industries. The company’s Anywhere is a cloud-based CMS with a real-time AI-based data engine. NFS Technology has a room-booking and space management software platform in the United States, Europe and Australia.

By acquiring NFS Technology, Korbyt now says it offers a more comprehensive workplace experience platform. The addition of NFS Technology’s advanced room booking and space management solutions complements the Korbyt Anywhere platform.
