Jabra Launches Engage AI Complete With Real-Time Transcription and Generative AI for Call Centers
Jabra has announced the launch of Engage AI Complete, a new premium tier of its Engage AI call center software. The platform integrates generative AI, real-time speech-to-text transcription, sentiment analysis and background noise reduction to support agents and supervisors in live customer interactions.
Engage AI Complete builds on Jabra’s original Engage AI software with a range of new features aimed at improving call quality, customer satisfaction and agent efficiency. These include live coaching, call summaries, real-time insights and AI-powered analytics, delivered through a centralized dashboard.
The solution is designed for distributed call center environments, where agents may work from offices or home settings. Using Jabra’s ClearSpeech technology, Engage AI Complete removes background noise and provides tone analysis to help agents adjust their delivery in real time. The platform also automates post-call tasks, such as tagging topics and summarizing conversations.

Engage AI Complete is compatible with Jabra headsets or any professional audio solution. It will be available globally in June 2025 for $50 per user per month. The original version, now rebranded as Engage AI Core, will remain available at $25 per user per month.
