How Do Hybrid Workers Affect Collaboration Designs?
Let’s face it, hybrid work and learning are here to stay. However, the shift to hybrid has put a strain on AV and IT teams; they now must meet new and growing needs in collaboration spaces of all sizes. Here comes a new challenge: Each space requires different solutions and infrastructure to accommodate remote participants, and the answer is not a one-size-fits-all solution.
Smaller rooms can accommodate plug-and-play tools, but larger collaboration rooms have historically required complex audio and video solutions. All of this creates a multicomponent, complex solution to meet the needs of remote and hybrid workers. With that in mind, we wanted to ask a few questions to understand how the hybrid shift affects the market and AV collaboration designs.
