FORTÉ, formerly known as AVI Systems, has acquired Dublin-based System Video and GMS, located near Frankfurt, Germany, as part of its continued global expansion. Both companies will adopt the FORTÉ brand.

The acquisitions strengthen FORTÉ’s presence in Europe and support its efforts to deliver scalable workplace technology solutions for multinational organizations.

System Video specializes in audiovisual and unified communication solutions in Ireland, while GMS provides AV integration, managed services and smart workspace technologies for enterprise clients in Germany.

FORTÉ is also a major stakeholder in GPA, a global network serving the AV needs of multinational enterprises. The new investments in Ireland and Germany will complement FORTÉ’s existing international delivery capabilities.
