ENCO has introduced an updated version of its AIM (Automated Information Management) platform, combining AI speech synthesis, generative AI and its existing captioning and translation tools. The platform is designed to support public address and digital signage systems in multilingual, high-traffic environments such as transportation hubs, shopping malls, campuses and medical facilities.

The enhanced AIM platform enables automated voice and visual messaging in multiple languages. It can generate AI-voiced announcements from typed text or live data inputs and convert human-voiced messages into additional languages using synthetic voices. AIM can also produce multilingual text content for digital signage, with all functions operating under automation and in near real-time.

The system supports automated message creation, manual input, or scheduled playback. Advanced voice synthesis tools produce natural-sounding speech, with customizable options for gender, accent, tone and style. Optional voice cloning is also available.

In facilities with existing playout and routing infrastructure, AIM integrates to direct the appropriate messages — both audio and text — to specific zones and signage displays based on space usage and language preferences. For venues without such systems, ENCO’s Digital Audio Delivery (DAD) platform can manage multi-channel playback and distribution.
