Bond and Infratech have jointly released the Infratech Smart Wall Switch and Smart Wall Dimmer. Featuring Smart by Bond with built-in Wi-Fi technology, the new devices bring smart control to Infratech outdoor heating systems. This native integration with Bond expands the Bond outdoor platform’s list of controllable devices, which already includes motorized pergolas, awnings, shutters, ceiling fans, and solar, shade and privacy screens.

The Infratech Switch and Dimmer communicate via Wi-Fi to the Bond Home App, enabling users to turn heaters on and off or adjust heat levels directly from their smartphones or from the physical wall-mounted devices. An automatic timer is built in for both energy savings and safety.

The devices also support virtual assistants, including Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing for voice control of the heaters.

Bond’s open API platform streamlines integration into home automation systems, making it easier for Infratech dealers to deliver comprehensive smart outdoor environments. Chowmain Software’s updated Control4 Bond driver supports bi-directional control and feedback for on/off, dimming and timer functionality of the heaters.
