Biamp Transforms L’Oréal Mumbai Office Café and Town Hall With Advanced AV Solution
When L’Oréal set out to upgrade the audiovisual systems in its Mumbai office’s café and town hall, the company had a clear goal: to create a flexible, high-performing environment that could seamlessly support hybrid meetings, live events and social gatherings. With a previous setup that struggled with poor audio clarity, uneven sound pressure levels and limited integration with Microsoft Teams and Zoom, a complete overhaul was required.
To deliver on that vision, L’Oréal partnered with Mumbai-based AV systems integrator Netlogic, which turned to Biamp for a comprehensive solution. The result is a dynamic AV installation that has elevated both the functionality and user experience of the space.
Netlogic designed the system around a certified Biamp Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom bundle. At the core is the Tesira FORTÉ X 400 digital signal processor, paired with Parlé TCM-XA and TCM-XEX Beamtracking microphones and Desono C-IC6 ceiling loudspeakers. The system also incorporates Desono EX-S8-UB-W surface-mount loudspeakers, Community ALC-1604D amplified loudspeaker controllers and Tesira AVB video encoders and decoders, creating a streamlined setup capable of handling a wide variety of AV needs.
“For the L’Oréal project, the timeline was a significant challenge, but thanks to the seamless coordination between Biamp and its national distributor, Exodus, all products were delivered right on schedule,” said Saji Dharmadas of Netlogic, the AV integrator behind the project.
The upgraded system supports everything from daily background music to high-stakes hybrid meetings and social events with live DJ sets. The consistent, high-quality audio and intuitive system controls allow staff to easily transition between use cases.
“The commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction on the part of Biamp truly sets them apart. We look forward to collaborating with them on future projects,” Dharmadas added.
“The L’Oréal installation exemplifies the Biamp mission of connecting people through extraordinary audiovisual experiences, setting a benchmark for the customer’s future installations,” said Niclas Brattberg, general manager for the Middle East and Asia Pacific markets at Biamp.
