Humly Ships New Floor Plan and Visitor Systems!
Humly is now shipping new accessibility and collaborative features for its Humly Visitor and Humly Floor Plan platforms, following a product preview at ISE 2025 in February.
These two solutions are part of Humly’s suite of four interoperable workplace platforms, designed to help organizations navigate modern, hybrid work environments. Each platform works in various combinations with Humly’s premium hardware — including the Humly Booking Device and Room Display — as well as approved third-party products.
Humly Visitor, which often serves as the first point of contact for guests entering a building, provides a streamlined welcome experience through tablet or kiosk interfaces. Visitors can check in, approve terms and conditions, and notify their hosts — all in a few taps. The latest release introduces support for 29 languages, with check-in and check-out processes, email and SMS notifications, and on-screen prompts localized for each visitor. A language can be pre-set or selected on arrival.
Humly Floor Plan focuses on optimizing workplace usage in hybrid environments. The platform now offers a 3D view of not just desks and meeting rooms, but also parking spaces — across multiple floors, buildings and garages. This upgrade supports enterprise-level visibility for organizations managing distributed or large-scale offices.
