Behind the Booth at InfoComm 2025 gives you a front-row seat to the people and products shaping the show floor. In this sponsored series, we sit down with top executives from InfoComm exhibitors to find out what they’re showcasing, which trends they’re watching and how they’re pushing the ProAV industry forward. This interview features AG Neovo‘s Dave Li.

Q: Why is AG Neovo exhibiting at InfoComm 2025, and what are you most excited to showcase this year?

A: AG Neovo is returning to InfoComm 2025 to connect with U.S. AV professionals, system integrators, and enterprise users who demand reliable, high-performance display solutions. The show gives us a powerful platform to demonstrate how our technologies address real-world AV challenges—especially in mission-critical control environments where uptime, responsiveness, and oversight are key.

This year, we’re placing a spotlight on Neovo Manager and Neovo Controller—two software platforms designed to simplify and unify display control and monitoring across complex environments. At our booth, we’re simulating a real-world control room scenario, showing how users can centrally manage power scheduling, input switching, and device status for displays used in surveillance centres, transit hubs, corporate campuses, and signage networks—all from a browser-based interface or LAN.

Our 8 featured displays will support this live demonstration, including the RX-2402 surveillance monitor with NeoV™ Optical Glass and BNC pass-through for simultaneous on-site and remote video monitoring, and the TTN-5501, purpose-built for 24/7 control room reliability with NDAA compliance.

For meeting environments, we’re featuring the Meetboard 4 and Meetboard 4 Prime—interactive displays designed for collaborative spaces, now enhanced with Google EDLA certification and built-in AI camera functionality. In signage applications, the DS5551U offers advanced scheduling, all-in-one playback, and 24/7 performance, while the QM-5503 provides high-impact visuals in a sleek form factor.

We’re also introducing the N1651 15.6” 4K portable monitor, ideal for professionals who need sharp visuals and flexible, mobile productivity.

Together, these hardware and software solutions demonstrate how AG Neovo supports total AV control—from the field to the control room—through a unified, integrated ecosystem designed for today’s evolving professional environments.

Q: What trends do you expect to see dominating the show floor, and how is your company positioned to lead or respond to them?

A: At InfoComm 2025, we expect to see centralised control, remote display management, and system scalability take centre stage—driven by the need for more efficient AV operations across multiple locations and environments. Whether it’s digital signage, meeting rooms, or surveillance monitoring, organisations are looking for ways to reduce complexity while increasing control.

AG Neovo is leading this shift with Neovo Manager and Neovo Controller, our two dedicated software platforms that empower AV and IT teams to take command of their entire display network from a single interface. These tools enable remote scheduling, input source switching, device status monitoring, and group control—all accessible via web or local network without the need for third-party systems.

What sets us apart is our focus on real-world usability and integrator-friendly deployment. Our solutions are lightweight, intuitive, and scalable—designed to simplify day-to-day operations while supporting long-term system growth. Whether managing 10 displays or 1,000, users can ensure consistency, reduce downtime, and improve operational responsiveness.

At InfoComm, we’re demonstrating how Neovo Manager and Neovo Controller work in a live control room simulation, showing attendees how they can centralise control across diverse AV applications—all without complex integrations or costly infrastructure changes.

AG Neovo believes that true AV efficiency starts with smart control—and we’re here to help our partners take that control, year-round.

Q: Which new products, solutions or updates are you featuring — and how do they address current needs in the AV industry?

A: At InfoComm 2025, we’re proud to highlight our latest updates to Neovo Manager and Neovo Controller—two software solutions designed to meet the growing demand for centralised, efficient, and scalable AV control.

As AV systems continue to expand across campuses, retail networks, and control rooms, IT and AV teams need smarter tools to manage display fleets without adding complexity. Neovo Manager is a browser-based platform that allows users to schedule power on/off, monitor device status, and group displays by location or function—all without installing additional software.

Neovo Controller, designed for LAN-based environments, provides precise, real-time command over display settings such as input sources, brightness, volume, and more. With a simple and intuitive interface, it enables multi-display control from a single dashboard, reducing the need for manual adjustments and on-site interventions.

Together, these tools provide end-to-end control across diverse AV environments, helping integrators and end-users improve operational efficiency, reduce maintenance time, and scale deployments with confidence.

By putting software-driven control at the core of our offering, AG Neovo is empowering professionals to manage complex AV systems with ease—whether they’re in the field, at the help desk, or in the control room.

Q: How is your company supporting integrators and end users in navigating today’s biggest AV challenges — not just at InfoComm, but year-round?

A: At AG Neovo, we recognise that today’s AV professionals are expected to do more with fewer resources—whether it’s managing hundreds of displays across locations, responding to real-time issues, or scaling deployments under tight timelines. That’s why our year-round support strategy is built around giving integrators and end users the tools to simplify control, reduce maintenance, and increase system visibility.

At the heart of this approach are our software platforms: Neovo Manager and Neovo Controller.

Neovo Manager provides cloud-free, browser-based control, allowing users to remotely power on/off devices, switch sources, push updates, and monitor live display status across their entire network. It’s ideal for organisations managing digital signage, classrooms, or office displays across multiple sites—without the need for local software installation or third-party systems.

Neovo Controller, on the other hand, is optimised for local area network (LAN) control—offering instant, granular access to display settings like input selection, brightness, and volume, with the ability to group displays for batch commands. This helps integrators streamline configuration, particularly during deployment or system reboots, while reducing technician workload in the long run.

We also back these tools with comprehensive integration support, including training materials, remote training sessions, and direct access to our regional teams—ensuring projects are supported from planning to execution and beyond.

Whether you’re building a control room, rolling out signage across campuses, or managing hybrid workspaces, AG Neovo is here to help you gain control—efficiently, centrally, and confidently—all year long.

Q: Why should InfoComm 2025 attendees make a point to stop by your booth?

A: If you’re looking to simplify display control, reduce maintenance, and scale AV deployments with ease, the AG Neovo booth is a must-visit. We’ll be featuring live demonstrations of Neovo Manager and Neovo Controller in a simulated control room setup—showing how AV teams can remotely manage power scheduling, input switching, and device status across multiple displays, all from a single interface.

Whether you’re overseeing digital signage in multiple retail locations, managing classroom displays on campus, or configuring surveillance monitors in a security environment, our software platforms give you the tools to take control—no matter the size or complexity of your system.

Visitors will gain hands-on experience with both platforms, explore real-world use cases, and speak directly with our team to see how these tools can fit into their own operations.

If you’re ready to centralise control and take the complexity out of managing AV networks, stop by our booth and see what smart display management looks like in action.

Q: Anything else you’d like to share ahead of the show?

A: We’re truly excited to participate at InfoComm and connect with the AV community in person. This year, we’re not just showcasing new products—we’re demonstrating how AG Neovo helps solve real-world challenges across collaboration, signage, and surveillance environments.

We invite attendees to stop by our booth to experience live demos, speak directly with our product experts, and explore how our solutions can integrate into their current or upcoming projects.
