Barco has announced the launch of its first ClickShare Hub wireless room system bundles certified for Microsoft Teams, developed in partnership with Sennheiser.

The new bundles combine Barco’s ClickShare Hub Core with the Sennheiser TeamConnect Bar S for small meeting rooms, and the ClickShare Hub Pro with the TeamConnect Bar M for medium-sized spaces. According to the company, the systems are among the first wireless room solutions built on Microsoft’s Device Ecosystem Platform, or MDEP.

Barco said the Microsoft Teams certification reflects its collaboration with Microsoft and expands the ClickShare product line beyond bring-your-own-device solutions into fully integrated room systems. The company positioned the bundles as part of its broader strategy to support standardized hybrid meeting environments.

“Achieving Microsoft Teams certification for our first wireless room system bundles is a strategic milestone for Barco,” said Jan van Houtte, executive vice president of meeting experiences at Barco. “It strengthens ClickShare’s role in enabling seamless and inclusive collaboration experiences – giving users confidence that their meetings will run smoothly, securely, and without complexity.”

The bundles are designed to support wireless content sharing through the ClickShare Button and integrate Barco’s conferencing and presentation technology with Sennheiser’s audio and video systems. Barco said the modular design is intended to support both in-room and hybrid meeting scenarios.

Microsoft said the certification expands the range of Teams Rooms solutions available to customers. “The certification for Teams Rooms of the Barco wireless room bundles marks an expansion into the Microsoft Teams ecosystem with flexible, intelligent room systems,” said Albert Kooiman, general manager of Microsoft Teams partner engineering and customer enablement at Microsoft. “We value partners like Barco who share our vision for inclusive, secure, and seamless collaboration across the modern workplace.”

Sennheiser said the partnership combines its conferencing products with Barco’s wireless collaboration platform. “We’re delighted to reach this milestone with Barco,” said Charlie Jones, senior partner relations manager at Sennheiser. “The certification of these bundles reinforces the reliability and performance that customers expect from both Barco and Sennheiser.”

Barco said the ClickShare Hub bundles are designed for organizations looking to deploy certified Microsoft Teams Rooms systems with wireless presentation and conferencing capabilities.
