AVI-SPL today announced the acquisition of Digital Video Networks (DVN) in the southwestern United States. A continuation of the company’s strategic growth plan, the merger will further strengthen AVI-SPL’s market leadership with additional talent and resources in a growing region while expanding the company’s leading global support and services delivery capabilities to current and prospective customers.

Headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz., with three other locations in Tucson, Ariz., Albuquerque, N.M., and Salt Lake City, Utah, DVN has established itself as a trusted AV and UC services provider to many of the region’s most renowned organizations. Since it was founded in 2008, DVN has successfully delivered over 1,800 projects to its clients in the corporate enterprise, government, healthcare, and higher education sectors throughout the southwest.
