New Atlona AT-DISP-CTRL BYOD Controller Ships
Atlona just started shipping a controller aimed at UCC spaces dubbed the AT-DISP-CTRL. Aimed at controlling small rooms using BYOD, the AT-DISP-CTRL sends a control command to power the display, switches inputs and enables volume control automatically when detecting an HDMI source. Also, it can be programmed to turn display power off after a specified period of inactivity or following a manual disconnection.
The DISP-CTRL can deliver pre-stored or user-programmed display control commands through TCP/IP, RS232, IR or CEC, and its controller includes EDID and HDCP management features and can be powered locally or through Power over Ethernet (PoE). The DISP-CTRL is HDCP 2.2 compliant and supports 4K/UHD video at 60 hertz with 4:4:4 chroma sampling, as well as HDMI data rates up to 18 Gbps.
Ports include one HDMI input, one HDMI output and LAN connectivity. It has RS232, IR and 5VDC power. Here are the full specs of the AT-DISP-CTRL.
