Airtame Launches Airtame 3, a Faster Unified Platform for Screen-Sharing and Videoconferencing

Airtame has introduced Airtame 3, a new collaboration device designed to unify wireless screensharing, videoconferencing and digital signage for classrooms and meeting spaces. The platform aims to simplify daily use for educators and office workers while reducing deployment and management time for AV and IT teams.
The device integrates directly with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex, allowing users to join calls or share content without installing additional software. Airtame says calls can start in under two seconds, backgrounds load in less than a second and 4K screen sharing is supported through its new hardware architecture, which is built for reliability and low latency in shared environments.
Airtame 3 connects to displays via HDMI and supports Power over Ethernet (PoE+) for a wired, stable setup. New dual-screen capability lets participants appear on one display while shared content appears on another, a feature aimed at hybrid classrooms and meeting rooms. The device also includes plug-and-play support for USB peripherals such as cameras, microphones and speakers, reducing the need for dedicated room PCs or specialized AV gear.
A new zero-touch deployment option allows IT teams to configure devices before they are unboxed, enabling large-scale rollouts in minutes instead of days. Once installed, units register through a QR code and can be monitored, updated and troubleshot through Airtame Cloud, helping reduce on-site service calls.
“We’ve always believed technology in shared spaces should feel invisible – it should just work,” said Jonas Gyalokay, co-founder of Airtame. “With Airtame 3, we’ve doubled down on that promise. It’s faster, easier to deploy, and built to scale – so IT teams and end users alike can focus on what actually matters: connection and collaboration.”
The company said Airtame 3 reflects its broader goal of delivering a unified ecosystem for shared screens across education and business. Organizations may deploy Airtame 3 hardware or use Airtame Virtual on existing computers, and Airtame’s software is supported across select partner devices from Amazon, Neat and SMART.
Airtame 3 is available globally through authorized resellers and distribution partners. More information and demo requests are available at airtame.com.
