PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, bank account numbers and wire transfer / ACH information), email address and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
Other data may be collected in partnership with industry partners during events, such as webinars, trade shows, educational events, etc. and will be disclosed to participants of those events. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above, as well as:
-third-party vendors that process data on our behalf; Hubspot is our primary data processor. -as part of a marketing agreement with an industry partner for advertising purposes; this is typically for an event such as a conference or webinar and will usually be disclosed again at the time you share your data
-as part of corporate sale or acquisition of assets
-at another time with your consent or disclosure at the time of data collection.
-to respond to a court order or subpoena, or to comply with a law, regulation or request to which we are legally obligated.
