AC Americas will make its InfoComm 2025 debut with Luminex’s LumiNode 8-IP. Designed for durability, the LumiNode 8-IP is built to perform in harsh outdoor environments, thanks to its IP65-rated aluminum enclosure and an operating temperature range of 4°F to 140°F (-20°C to +60°C).

Ideal for festivals, cruise ships and other demanding applications, the LumiNode 8-IP includes eight fully isolated DMX ports and two Gigabit Ethernet ports for control. It supports Art-Net, sACN, KiNET and RTTrPL (Blacktrax) protocols, with 12 onboard processing engines that handle advanced merging modes such as HTP, LTP, Crossfade, Backup, Switch and Custom, along with soft patch capabilities.

Built-in redundancy and recovery features ensure uninterrupted operation, while show recording and playback modes enable easy scene triggering. Configuration is straightforward via a web-based interface or NFC-enabled smartphones, even when the device is unpowered. The LumiNode 8-IP offers low power consumption, PoE support and a rugged Neutrik powerCON True1 connector for flexible powering options.
