Here’s Everything DTEN Brought to InfoComm 2025

THIS IS A PROMOTED POST

dten booth infocomm 2025

DTEN’s booth at InfoComm 2025 included plenty of technology but it all had one thing in common: scalability. Whether you’re building out a mid-sized conference room, kitting out an executive office, or looking to outfit an entire enterprise campus, DTEN had a solution — and a few surprises.

DTEN was one of the first unified communication companies I learned about when I joined the industry in 2019. Beginning as a start-up that aimed to bring user-friendly touch collaboration to the meeting room, I recognized from an early point that this company was onto something.

As meeting rooms (and therefore expectations of meeting rooms) have changed in the past five years, DTEN has managed to make the right products at the right time. In this wrap-up, I’ll show that to you with a few of the solutions the company displayed at InfoComm this year.

D7X 27″ Android for Workplace Kiosk

This was probably my favorite product at the DTEN booth this year. I’ve repeatedly said that the companies who hop onto the UC x building management convergence early are going to really help out the integrators who find themselves responsible for this eventually. Why not have the manufacturers in our industry start to build products that help bridge that gap?

Enter the D7X. Like the D7s that came before, this product is a collaboration board at first glance. But at InfoComm 2025, it was much more. This product can be used as the ultimate workplace kiosk. We’re talking visitor access, map layout available desks and conference rooms, delivery coordination and more. So, while this seems like just another collaboration board, I commend DTEN for the whole-office outlook that this product provides — and the very easy way for integrators to slide into providing these products and services.

DTEN ME Pro

The next product I’d like to draw your attention to is the DTEN ME Pro. Shown at the Zoom booth, this product is your flexible videoconferencing best friend. From hot-desking to virtual reception, this is the perfect hybrid product that allows you to do some personal work but also slightly edging into that building management/workplace management area. It can also be used as a huddle room display and with its 160-degree horizontal field-of-view, everyone can be in the frame no problem.

Premier Medium Conference Room Solution

Okay, so I walked you through a couple individual DTEN products. But what about a full solution? That’s where this next video comes in. In this demonstration, you can see how a few of DTEN’s products all come together in a medium room to enhance collaboration in the space. From the DTEN Bar (that allows mounting vertically or horizontally) to the Vue Pro cameras mounted around the room to pick up different meeting participants (without distortion, by the way), DTEN shows you how easy it is to build the ultimate medium-sized conference room space.

So there you have it. That’s what you missed from DTEN during InfoComm 2025. From scalability to ease of use to simplicity of setup, DTEN’s got you covered in the workplace. For more information on any of its products, visit its website here.
