Dr. Michio Kaku, world-renowned futurist and scientist, will present the closing keynote on the final day of ISE 2016 as part of FRDY@ISE. His keynote will take place in the Forumat 9:00am on Friday 12 February.

Kaku is a recognised expert in Einstein’s unified field theory and has unparalleled skill in predicting trends affecting business, commerce and finance. He has three New York Times best-sellers — Physics of the Future, Physics of the Impossible and The Future of the Mind — and has been the focus of television specials like the BBC’s Visions of the Future and the Discovery Channel’s 2057.

The leap in technological capability will be such that the future will successfully integrate the brain with the computer. The extremely low costs of these technologies in the future will help to facilitate this. Imagine buying a CD Rom, not for your computer but for uploading directly into your brain.

Picture consultations with robo-doc and robo-lawyer, as we move away from commodity capital and towards intellectual capital. Consider a world without language barriers, as your brain and its computer translate any dialect from around the world. Think about simply blinking when you need to pay for something.

Dr Kaku will explain how the impact on business will be just as seismic. He’ll outline the path towards ‘perfect capitalism’ in a future that he predicts will be more competitive, more convenient and cheaper.
