Charlotte, NC – Winter 2015 – Wirepath Surveillance recently announced the launch of over 13 new analog and IP camera models, improved analog DVRs, and more sophisticated and user-friendly mobile apps. Wirepath has stepped up their analog game offering advanced camera models, including brand-new PTZ cameras, and new 960H DVRs that provide high resolution with the ease and pricing of analog. “Our ’65 series of DVRs are the most sophisticated in their class – the high resolution and wide screen viewing they provide is really like nothing else,” says Alex Patrao, Category Manager for Wirepath Surveillance. “And our IP and analog PTZ cameras are very exciting for our customers; they open up additional use cases: the homeowner who wants to survey or show off his property. On the IP side, Wirepath has bulked up their camera line with 13 all-new camera models, including a user-friendly in-room monitor. “The in-room monitor is great for home-owners who want to keep an eye on their kids; its mount is flexible and user-friendly so it can be angled just about anywhere,” says Patrao.

To support their new products and technologies, Wirepath has bolstered their mobile apps – now available for iOS 8, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, and Android. The new and improved apps include features such as pinch-to-zoom, intuitive search and playback, easy set up, and high-definition NVR streaming. This is good news for integrator and end customer alike, as both parties will benefit from the easy-to-use interface.
